Players in grades 3-8 will play against other grade-specific teams across the city in the LAKC league which inclued teams from Brookside, Lee's Summit, Mill Valley and Prairie Village, among others.

While the focus is till on fundamentals and playing the game "the right way", there is an emphasis on being competitive as players move up in age and develop skills to play at a competitive level.
