LEVELING UP AND STAYING SHARP

HOW CAN I IMPROVE?

In addition to our Spring season, we conduct once-a-week skill development/training sessions coached by our high school and youth coaches – as well as 4-to-5 college lacrosse players (Northland Lacrosse alumni) throughout the summer and fall.

 

More information will be provided in early May.

 

Our coaches are also available for individual or small group training throughout the year.
